UWP Luxe, the boutique pop-up greeting card and stationery brand under Up With Paper, needed an online experience that lived up to the charm and craft of their products. Their previous website wasn’t just visually outdated — it also required manual upkeep that slowed down their ability to sell, fulfill, and manage inventory efficiently. The site lacked integration with their internal systems, meaning product updates and order processing had to be managed separately, creating friction at every stage of the customer and staff experience.

As their business grew, the limitations became too large to ignore. With both B2C and B2B operations running through a shared site, the needs of their customers were being diluted. UWP Luxe needed an e-commerce solution that streamlined the backend while elevating the frontend — something that would support their operational needs, better showcase their distinct brand identity, and provide a seamless path to purchase.

The Solution

Our work began with a reimagined structure — separating their B2C and B2B operations into distinct experiences. Through a collaborative discovery process, we restructured their sitemap and introduced a more intuitive product categorization system, making it easier for customers to browse and shop. Visually, the new site reflects the artistry of the brand through refined typography, vibrant imagery, and elegant textures — all aligned with UWP Luxe’s existing aesthetic.

Behind the scenes, we engineered a custom integration between WooCommerce and Sage 100, their inventory management system. Working alongside the UWP Luxe team and their Sage consultants, we developed a tailored solution that syncs product data in real-time, streamlining inventory control, order processing, and fulfillment. This dramatically reduced manual workflows, allowing their sales, fulfillment, and design teams to collaborate more efficiently while providing a better customer experience.

The launch of the new UWP Luxe website marked a major leap forward in both brand expression and operational efficiency. Customers now experience a clearer, more curated path to product discovery, while the UWP Luxe team benefits from a streamlined backend that supports growth and agility. With real-time product updates, simplified order handling, and an intuitive admin experience, the new system allows the team to focus less on maintenance — and more on delivering joy through design.

This project was also part of a larger initiative to modernize the e-commerce ecosystem across Up With Paper’s brands. By building a foundation tailored to their goals, we helped position UWP Luxe to scale with confidence and create a more thoughtful, engaging buying journey for every customer.
